Renaming option to preserve capitalization

This new renaming option prefers to keep or restore capitalization to the files under validation:

• Capitalization in the SFV set will be applied to the files under validation.
• Files won't lose their capital letters when the SFV set itself is lower case.

ilSFV won't attempt a rename when there is no change in file name.
