Create new release

[pyrescene]

There are a bunch of PRs that fix bugs or add features. A new release for everyone would be welcome.

I have a maintenance branch with commits needed for a new release: https://github.com/pyrescene/ilSFV/commits/maintenance

It fixes the web link and the auto update for example.
