https://github.com/judell/h_puppeteer depends on https://github.com/judell/h_puppeteer/tree/master/node_modules/hlib which is derived from a now-deprecated flavor of https://github.com/judell/hlib.

https://github.com/judell/h_puppeteer would be happy if hlib2 could run in node.

But nobody else cares.

If somebody ever does, make hlib2 be browser-and-node-available.
