Importing from .mpa - cannot choose category

Hi, I'm using JPilot in order to sync my old Palm (using it almost daily to solve problems for the game of GO). When importing from a .mpa file, I cannot choose the category (the .mpa files were created using sgf2mpa utility), and all problems go to "Unfiled" - and I have to move them manually in their category. These are THOUSANDS, so it's almost impossible. It would be great just to import them in the current selected category in MemoPad in Jpilot (not in Unfiled). Thanks!
