Missing domain name in the templates

Hi and thanks for this excellent plugin!

I have an issue though, I've set the DOMAIN_NAME environment variable as instructed in the readme but some urls (not all) are missing the domain name portion.

For example, here is what I have in the stylesheet tag: <link rel='stylesheet' id='fifteen-basic-style-css' href='http:///wordpress/wp-content/themes/fifteen/style.css?ver=4.6.1' type='text/css' media='all' />

At first I thought that the theme itself was buggy... but I've tried several other themes and the same problem occurs. It seems to only affect the stylesheet urls. The script tags, pingback tag, rss feed tag are all fine and contain the domain name.

Any idea?
