downcute: integration of shiny

Hi, thank you for your work!

I'm really trying hard to find a work-around the incompatibility of downcute and runtime: shiny. From @juba in https://github.com/juba/rmdformats/issues/55#issuecomment-481620877_ I see that you have already fixed that issue for the material template and hope that something can be done also for downcute template.

Sorry to be extremely late to reply to your issue. I tried to add runtime: shiny to the preamble of the downcute sample document, but didn't see any difference. If the issue is still present for you, could you please send a reproducible example ?
