Woocomerce email not received

After finishing a payment, customer receive an Order email invoice, but not the one I configured for every product in woocomerce. Also this invoice email is in english and dont have the look of company emails. Any idea of why woocomerce emails don´t work? and where does this new email invoices come from? Regards, Laura
