Signals dependent or independent for one event

Hello,

thanks for this awesome tool. I have a question about the samples for one event. Are they dependent or independent? I mean one signal measurement for event1 could affect the second measurement for event1?

Sorry for the slow response. It is a hard question to answer - my guess is they are not independent.
