Feature request: chord toggle action

Detecting input chords requires adding a tiny bit of artificial delay. While this is totally fine during normal typing, it can be a bit annoying when playing things like rhythm games, or games with precise timing windows in general (for instance, modern tetris with a small value for DAS).
Describe the solution you'd like.
QMK provides an action which simply toggles the entire chording feature. I couldn't find something like this in the docs for kanata. Thus, I propose adding such an action.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
What I do now is simply turn off the kanata systemd service when in such situations.

One way this can be achieved without turning off the service is to to use lrld-next|prev to cycle between configurations, which will be identical other than one having chords removed.
