An error occurred when input "starcluster sshmaster smallcluster"

Recently, I tried to run the example on AmazonEC2 - OpenSeesWiki http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index.php/AmazonEC2 However, when I input "starcluster sshmaster smallcluster", an error occurred as below: error1 My operating system is Windows 10. Did anyone in the forum eccountered this problem? I wish that someone can give me some advice. Thanks!
