Add new p2 instance type

Hello,

As potentiel user of starcluster we would like to know if there is any plan to support p2 amazon instances ?

See: http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/ where the p2.xlarge, p2.8xlarge, p2.16xlarge were added.
