Add support for non-standard player weapon selection and firing rates

On the Terminal Recall DOM, VIP and BFM missiles, these shoot particularly fast (as in rate, not in velocity). In the original Fury3, they shoot every 1/2 a second, while these shoot about every 1/6 of a second like many other weapons do, including the FFF bomb.
I also couldn't reproduce the trick when I could rapidly press the space-bar during boss battles and other enemies with high HP since this is highly beneficial on harder difficulties. The weapons would shoot at a faster rate relative to repeatedly pressing the space-bar. This implementation in the original helped me save time between levels and planets; I managed to get to Fury after defeating Tiamat's octopus boss, the most powerful guardian in the game, using this method.
Not to mention there are _unused_ weapons in the original game that can be shot by the player's ship that is usually shot by enemies. I just have to mess around with Cheat Engine because they're deactivated by normal means. Once activated, the Purple Laser, Red Laser, Green Laser, Blue Laser, and Fireball can be shot. It also plays a sound effect that is also unused, and these weapons are quite powerful, except the Purple Laser; its velocity is as fast as the RFL20, yet the strength as strong as the generic SKL and RFL20 lasers.
If you want video evidence I will upload a video of it to prove my point on the unused weapons. In addition, I posted this on Google+ quite some time ago, so this is my second time posting this related topic.
