Generate Avatars locally

is it possible to generate the avatar locally without relaying on https://avataaars.io

For sure. For now i have just provided a way to use it simply with Vue.js, but I will set a "mode" property to generate avatars as SVG, in a future release.

Would be ideal to have the SVGs as part of the repo, so it's fully self contained.
