Extra quick filter

Quick filter for a view or for the full log:

• line X to line Y
• date X to date Y
• allow offset(s) ? TOTHINK

I should make this as easy as possible, and also should be very easy to turn on/off

It should be available via right click (have something also like, "Just Tail" or something - which will pretty much start from now)
