Add support for Container Resource metrics

Support should be added for Container Resource metrics: https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/run-application/horizontal-pod-autoscale/#container-resource-metrics

With Container Resource Metrics being marked as stable in the upcoming v1.30 release of Kubernetes this library should add support for them: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/123482
