Tags and badges - approach with great_tables?

@jthomasmock ... I came across your gt-cookbook-advanced, which has some great innovations in there. I'm interested in being able to reproduce your tags and badges approach, but using great_tables, rather than gt. Are you aware of equivalent approaches using great_tables? Thanks alot.
