[Enhancement] Allow painted elements to be moved using a Move tool

Sometimes I place something like a text box and want to adjust it's place to centre it. I've been looking but I don't see anything that stands out as a move tool. When just trying the same tool, eg. text, it just adds a new text box. I know that simply deleting and retrying is a thing but I think it would be nice to have the ability to drag things around as a usability enhancement.

I would be willing to give it a shot I'm just not familiar with the code base.

The "move tool" in excalidraw is very UX friendly. it would be great to have such thing in swappy
