API is back up again. @FioByr will you have another go at running the simulation now?

These are warnings and info messages. Setting `os.environ['TF_CPP_MIN_LOG_LEVEL'] = '2'` would keep error messages. ``` 0 = all messages are logged (default behavior) 1 = INFO messages are not printed...

As a sidenote, setting `TF_CPP_MIN_LOG_LEVEL` in system variables to 2 worked for me to disable the messages locally.
