Adding Ukrainian and Russian translation files

Hi, I tried to translate these by simply copying English.lproj over and editing. Unfortunately I am new to Macos developing so I was not able to test if it works (My XCode seem to suggest different naming conventions for localizations and updates other project files which I am not sure I want to touch). Hopefully it works "as is" for you, otherwise feel free to adapt as needed to make the project build. Note: Current files seem to be checked in as Unicode16-BigEndian so I copied that as well. However, that causes them to be checked in as binary files and Git does not show diffs. Thank you, Alex
