Image corruption on long videos

When recording at 640x480 at >5mins, there is the possibility for the image to be corrupted if there is little movement in the frame.

In other cases, the nFilledLen>4 assertion fails. I don't know if this is because we are receiving data from the encoder and we're not handling it properly, or because of corruption of the video stream (dodgy Pi).
