Suggestion - Add EXCLUDED_ORGS
Like EXCLUDED and EXCLUDED_LANGS this feature would make it so we can exclude whole organisations.

My problem is that the language statistic seems to ignore my organization's repository. Is this normal or is it just a problem for me? Thanks in advance and happy new year

Hi, @jacksalici thanks for the kind words, and for reaching out! In the future, this is probably best discussed in a new issue, but it's no big deal.
My guess is that the permissions for your API access token are such that the token does not have access to the organization's repositories. I think it is likely a permissions issue fixed in a GitHub interface, rather than a code info. If you believe otherwise, though, I'd be happy to investigate.
