Ionic.Zlib

You can find the original sources for Ionic.Zlib (which is simply part of DotNetZip) at http://dotnetzip.codeplex.com/

All I've done is to separate out the Zlib component and configure it for targetting MonoTouch.

The DotNetZip sources are currently from version 1.9.1.8
