[Automations] Create `record type` records and merge with `custom_record`. Store automation triggers on them.

This would also give us a consistent configuration area for all record types; e.g. default queries for choosers. Some users have also asked for a way to disable certain built-in fields, like DOB on contacts, due to privacy/GDPR concerns.
