Mitigated this a bit by caching file contents on disk, so they only get downloaded once (as opposed to once per thumbnail).

Shared items are not yet supported. Hopefully I'll be able to add support for this soon, in the meantime I apologize about the binary files.

I'll take a look! It should be changing the modification time, and if it's not, this is definitely a bug.

For 1 - yes that's expected. You have to wait for the file to be fully uploaded over the network. For 2, what version of onedriver are you using? And...
