Add explanation of “works with” info

“Works with” info is represented using a cluster of icons, many of which will be unfamiliar to some users. (How many people recognize the Bun icon?)

It would be nice if clicking on it showed the same information as a list of names, perhaps with links to more information about each environment.

What would be really cool is if jsr also added support for additional runtime specific documentation with the bun, browsers, etc... icons. That way a package like hono can specify the various configuration differences between runtimes.

I just got an idea for that, why not adding a "?" icon aside of work with and jsr score that redirect to docs
