Access to fetch blocked by CORS policy

Hi folks,

I've been using DataPipe for transferring my data (as a csv file) from Pavlovia to OSF. It has been working fine for the past couple of months.

But recently, I'm consistently getting the following CORS policy error :

"access to fetch at 'https://pipe.jspych..." from origin 'https://run.pavlovia..." has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access Control Allow Origin' header is present on the requested resource. if an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled"

I've looked for a couple of solutions but most point to it being a server side issue.

Can you please look into it. I'll be happy to provide any other information required.
