Upgrade all dependencies to latest versions

Thanks for this awesome project! Latest version of puppeteer has a lot of fixes, so I tried to update everything to the latest versions. The only thing that doesn't work after these changes is forceCacheEnabled (true) - so the test fails, but all other tests are green and I tried this package for myself and it worked fine.
