Bug with [NAME].pdf link when behind a password

Hey Guys.

@mchelen asked me to file a bug about the hosted pdf version when behind a password prompt.

So basically just that - NAME.pdf always points to the "you need to publish" page.

I can confirm, a http://registry.jsonresume.org/name works fine with password, but the pdf version http://registry.jsonresume.org/name.pdf shows the password prompt, and then the "you need to publish" error.
