Quality check themes

It's great how anyone can publish a theme with NPM, but there is currently no quality assurance for these contributed themes. Some themes show errors or blank templates, and some themes are duplicates of other themes. Ideally there would be some error-checking to prevent invalid themes from displaying. And maybe a way to tag some themes as being "in development" with those themese filtered out by default.

Maybe we could manually curate a list of selected themes.

So the themes.yaml file in gh-pages repo is already a curated list. I'm re-working the registry editor at the moment and it will also have a curated list.
