Create a single page dedicated to the JSON hyper-schemas. This is part of the efforts to restructure the specification docs as outlined in https://github.com/json-schema-org/website/issues/791 and being implemented in https://github.com/json-schema-org/website/pull/823.

The PR for this issue will be added to https://github.com/json-schema-org/website/pull/823.
