🐛 Bug: Wrong toggle of arrows in Guide section

Describe the bug

The down arrow button on the Guides section is supposed to toggle to an up arrow when clicked, but it remains unchanged. This affects the user experience by not providing a clear visual indication of the toggle state.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click on "Guides" section in the sidebar.
2. Observe the arrow buttons, they do not get toggled on click but it gets toggled when "Getting Started" is clicked which is not expected to be functionally correct.

Expected Behavior

The down arrow button on the Guides section is supposed to toggle to an up arrow when clicked.
