🐛 Bug: Table in Specification Links Page Not Adjustable for Mobile
Describe the bug
The table on the Specification Links page does not adjust properly when viewed on mobile devices, causing the poor user experience.
Steps To Reproduce
- Navigate to the Specification Links page on a mobile device or resize the browser window to mobile size.
- Observe the table not adjusting to fit the screen, resulting in horizontal scrolling or content being cut off.
Expected Behavior
The table should be fully responsive, adjusting its layout for smaller screen sizes, with content properly displayed without the need for horizontal scrolling.

Thanks @idanidan29 for pointing out this issue, but here also the question arises how you're going to handle table headers?
Since the table width is approximately the same size as the tool table, I was thinking that once we figure out the design for that issue #1473, the solution will be similar for this issue.
