🐛 Bug: Issue with Community meetings notification

Hi everyone,
I recently discovered that the Github action that sends notifications to slack when a new community meetings is created is failing.
The expected result is:

Hi @benjagm, I’ve gone through the issue and the ocwm-creator.yml GitHub Action file. If the current assignee is no longer active or if any assistance is needed in debugging the Slack notification flow, I’d be happy to help out or collaborate. Please let me know if it’s alright to explore this further.
Hey @vtushar06 , thank you so much for your interest in this issue and your enthusiasm to collaborate, it's truly appreciated! 🚀 It's great to see your willingness to dive in. Me and Benjamin have discussed this earlier, the issue isn't in actions file, actually the main issue is related to some missing credentials in slack, which will be resolved once the credentials are reinitialized on slack itself.
Also if this issue or some other issue is open for further exploration, we’d be glad to have you involved. Thanks again!
The issue still persists and we will need some to start by adding more tracing logs to understand the problem when calling the Slack webhook.
Hii @benjagm, I’d love to support the debugging effort, especially if logs or additional testing would help, with @Utkarsh-123github on this and through this I will able to explore and learn more, Let me know if it’s okay to proceed or wait until Slack creds are sorted. Thanks
