I am writing to express my interest in the Community Manager role with JSON Schema.

Over the past six months, I have had the pleasure of contributing to the community as part of Google Season of Docs (GSoD), helping to enhance our documentation efforts. This experience has deepened my commitment to supporting and growing this community, and I am eager to contribute further as a Community Manager. In addition to my recent work with JSON Schema, I bring experience as a Community Manager for TWMP. I developed skills in engaging with diverse audiences, managing online communities, and fostering inclusive, collaborative environments. I have also had the opportunity to mentor other tech writers, which has honed my ability to guide and support new contributors in a welcoming and productive way.

I am passionate about open-source community-building and strongly believe in creating spaces where everyone feels encouraged to share knowledge and grow together. In the past months here, I have learned more about collaboration, which makes reaching out to potential partners a doable task. As Community Manager, I would work to ensure a thriving and healthy environment across our platforms. From managing the JSON Schema Slack channels, organising community calls, sharing important updates, and monitoring our analytics tools, I am confident in supporting, adding value, and strengthening the JSON Schema community.
