Summary:

• With lots of changes, we are now going to send reminders for OCWM for two regions in alternate months.
• For the timezone Europe/Americas, the months are January, March, May, July, September, and November.
• For the timezone APAC/Americas, the months are February, April, June, August, October, and December.
• There will be two reminder messages: one on the Friday before the meeting and another on Tuesday (the meeting day).
