Let's collect YAML-LD tooling

I am not very clear what this repository does 🤔 It seems to be converting files from one format to another using GitHub actions to run code, does it not? I wonder what the use case is.

Does adding YAML-LD tools imply adding more similar conversion scripts based on third-party tools?

@anatoly-scherbakov it first of all has python tools for converting between the various formats. It may have some guthub actions that were used fir the Accord project, I don't remember
