README.md user-env-compile - no longer needed?

heroku labs:enable user-env-compile -a myapp

results in: ! No such feature: user-env-compile

A quick google reveled this:http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22904959/failing-to-enable-user-env-compile-on-heroku

I'm far from a pro, but enabling the user-env-compile step may no longer be needed.
