See the [instructions](https://github.com/georgesung/ssd_tensorflow_traffic_sign_detection#how-to-run). You have to "download the LISA Traffic Sign Dataset". From what I recall, the files are somewhere in there.

I don't think `http` resources are supported (see #10). The docs are misleading.

@katche70 I think there is some confusion here. This plugin does not support http/https!
