Support for FontAwesome 4.7

I've noticed that FontAwesome 4.7 didn't have any references/mapping in the FontAwesome collection. This weekend I hope I could make a PR for it, so we could have FA4.7 :)

If you want, I have added support for FontAwesome in 4.7 on my fork : https://github.com/lanarchyste/Xamarin.Plugins (from commits b2515a7 and 0efce30)

Warning, if you compile from the fork, I made a few modifications including removing support for UWP
