IconToolBarItem disappeares when command's canExecute changes

I've created a IconToolBarItem in a IconNavigationBar and bound a testCommand to the command property when canExecute Changes(in my case to the true) the icon disappeares but the iconToolbarItem still there i can click on it what's the problem do u have this issue in issues list?
