IconToolbarItem IconColor can not be changed at runtime

IconToolbarItem Icon color can not be changed at runtime. Icon color can be changed, if you also change the Icon after setting the Icon color.

How to reproduce

1. Run the sample app below.
2. tap on the Toolbar Item.

Expected behaviour

The Toolbar Item Icon color should toggle between to red and green. like the label. (When Icon color is changed at runtime without changing any other property, it should change.)

Actual behaviour

The Toolbar Item Icon color does not change.

I'm having this too, but oddly only on Android. It works fine on iOS (using a Binding).
