Plugin closes open tabs not the compared files

I keep a bunch of tabs open in Notepad++ and the v2.0 compare plugin, when I compared two files that turned out to be the same, asked if I wanted to close the compared files. I said NO and then it closed the first two open tabs in Notepad++ which were not the ones I was comparing.

So I think the bugs are: 1.) closes files even if you say not to when both compared files are the same 2.) closes the wrong files per item 1 above
