[Feature request]: Filter only differences

I would like to see a new feature added to does this: Compare Test.txt and Test2.txt: Test.txt:

example text 1
example text 2
example text 3

Test2.txt:

example text 1
example text 3
example text 4
example new stuff added 1
example new stuff added 2

And opens in a new tab in text format:

Removed/Changed:

 Before:
 example text 2

 After:
 example text 3

Added:
example new stuff added 1
example new stuff added 2
