How do I disable latex-preview-pane from opening whenever I save the .tex?

Hi! So I moved the buffer containing my output pdf to a different window, and now whenever I save the .tex file, latex-preview-pane will auto-split the frame and generate a new window with the same contents as my other one. Is there any way to disable this?
