tRNG has better support for parallel RNG and is now on CRAN as header only library I believe.

Much faster and simpler handling of covariance matrices in array format. This should give massive speed up. RcppCoDA is now ready to be integrated in.

Requires features in RcppCoDA and RcppHungarian (later now on CRAN).
