This error with connected with lacking change of jessie to stable debian` in my fork.

But this is another error that I get:

#8 256.8 Package bsdtar is not available, but is referred to by another package.
#8 256.8 This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
#8 256.8 is only available from another source
#8 256.8 However the following packages replace it:
#8 256.8   libarchive-tools
#8 256.8 
#8 256.9 E: Package 'bsdtar' has no installation candidate

Probably fix is changebsdtar to libarchive-tools in apt and use tar instead bsdtar in commands like
