It happens because Steam has a delay when you close a game, so you are practically just layering games upon games, until Steam realizes that some of them is not running anymore. With this many games running at once, you have a fairly decent chance of getting a drop per run. Instead of having an auto-skip button, you could just make them all run simultaneously, which I have created a pull request for already https://github.com/jshackles/idle_master/pull/247
