I can't sign in to my Steam.
My Steam is running works, but I signed in like 10 times and nothing happened. Please help! (I have like 50 card drops. HELP the needy D;)
You can not sign in with IdleMaster ? What does it write ? What version of IdleMaster do you use(Help-About)? Have your IdleMaster ever work or you are a new user ?
v1.2.0.0 New User It stays on "Idle Master is not connected to Steam" whenever you sign in. You can't finish signing in because the box closes when you hit sign in on the next box after logging in, so you can't do the next verification item to continue the process so you never get to sign into the program.
I just tried to Sign out and back in. It worked. Reason is that this pc is already verified so I do not need that Verification Code anymore. I will try some testing.
Do you see, after you sign in, "IdleMaster is saving your information" box? Do you get email with verification code ?
If you are in rush you can add steam credentials manualy. (File-Settings-"Lock icon bottom left" - "Eye icon bottom left" - then fill in sessionid and steamLogin - press Update) Sessionid and steamLogin are cookies in your browser so you need to log in to steam through your browser and then some cookie browser. Cookie browser is usually extension to your browser so search in browser store for cookie. (I use Cookies v1.8.1 for Chrome) In Cookie browser you are looking for domain: store.steampowered.com and then sessionid and steamLogin.
As it says "DO NOT SHARE those cookies with anyone!"
There is v1.2 for a while so that might as well be problem at steam's side.
v1.2 is my version.
I click sign in and I put my steam info in, Then nothing happens the page just closes and that's it.
i have same symptom on v1.3 so i mod user.config directly then it works fine anyway.
