Added GOG Galaxy browse option

This is #4 without the odd indentation issue. Could you review this @jshackles please?

Added option for browse to find the GOG galaxy 2.0 client on RetroGOG.exe.

This solves the issue I commented on the last commit. With this change, if GOG Galaxy 2.0 is not installed on the default location, you will have a browse option as retroarch has.

I didn't include the compiled .exe because IMO you are the only one who has to modify RetroGOG.exe for security reasons.
