Got this message today. Any idea if it's picking up on an actual threat, and if not, what to do about it?

Edit: I've been using it for a couple days and so far I haven't had my computer taken hostage by ransomware or anything, so that's good.

Can confirm. I have an unremovable virus and need to perform a clean install. The key logger has hijacked my PC. Good grief. Thankfully I have other machines.

Not sure what's happened to it exactly, but I've removed the compiled version from the source code so this shouldn't be an issue any longer.

The 0.4 zip in the Release section gets flagged by Defender still. Just thought I'd let you know.

I can also confirm this is still happening with the 0.4 release - it shows as the wacatac trojan within the source code and the exe.

It does not appear to have infected the 0.3 release though so I would be looking at commits since that point.
